Air Colossus - Storm Dragon

This is my entry for the Rift colossus contest.

This is Storm Dragon, he has a spiked body partly covered in a very conductive metal armor, protecting the weaker areas of the body, including the jointed areas on the wings.

It's natural use of lightning is perfectly suited as a weapon to paralyze or kill his prey or enemies.

At the chest it has a massive plow blade which it can use to strike at whatever poor prey gets in the way, but it is a hook it can use to attach itself to a mountain wall when resting or camouflaging itself.

At it's neck you can see a spear with a chain hanging from it.
Some bold warriors tried to climb it in hope of defeating this monster. But unfortunately for them, they get electrocuted by the lighting bursting from the wound.

This is a mix of Traditional and digital media.
I drew it on paper with my promarkers, and added a background with photoshop, as well as the lighting and some color correction.
